Rock Creek Sports Club is proud to introduce an award-winning Weight Loss Program, developed in coordination with our sister club Healthy Fit  and Dr. Harold Solomon, nationally renowned weight loss expert from Harvard Medical School.  This program has made weight loss simple, sustainable and enjoyable for thousands of men and women.  The results are unmatched:  participants have learned how to reach their goals and maintain their weight loss without feeling deprived!

How the Program Works
We’ll match you with a Weight Loss Coach, who will be your guide and partner throughout the program.  During weekly one-on-one ‘check-ins’, your Coach will review your eating diary and teach you how to control hunger and lose weight by implementing proven and enjoyable healthy eating techniques.

Fitness, Nutrition and Weight Loss Workshops
Rock Creek Sports Club will provide free ongoing support and education with monthly interactive workshops.  We will focus on the day-to-day opportunities that make healthy eating and exercise a natural and fun part of your life.
